Note

  1. At least one author (Presenting Author) of each accepted paper is required to register and present the paper at the conference.
  2. The presenter must complete all registration process and all the payment before 23:59 (GMT+8), June 30, 2013.
  3. Online Registration will be closed after 23:59 (GMT+8), July 31, 2013; on-site registration accepts Credit Card and Cash (NTD ONLY).
  4. Registration will be accepted ONLY upon received of payment. Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via email within three days after a completion of your on-line registration. The confirmation of registration will be sent via email within 3 weeks upon clearance of payment.
  5. For remittance, please be noted that the remittance fee will be registrants’ own expense.  
  6. Participants may request invitation letters from the IDMC 2013 Secretariat. The invitation is issued only for the purpose of entry visa application.
  7. Registration Fee includes all technical sessions, refreshments, and 1 banquet ticket. Student fee does NOT include banquet.
  8. Conference registration fee for local participants includes two years (2013, 2014) SID membership.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the secretariat. For cancellations postmarked on or before 23:59 (GMT+8), June 30, 2013, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. For cancellations on or after 00:00 (GMT+8), July 1, 2013, no fees will be refunded. Refunds will be issued after the meeting.
